Return & Refund Policy

At JemLove, your satisfaction matters—but so does your privacy and safety. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for our adult products in the USA and select international locations.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, most items are non-returnable if opened or used, including but not limited to:

  • Vibrators, dildos, anal toys, and other intimate devices

  • Lubricants, oils, and consumables

  • Lingerie and wearable items

This is to protect the health and safety of all customers.

2. Returnable Items (Unopened & Unused)

We accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Contact support@JemLove.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be pre-approved; unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; JemLove is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. International Orders

  • International customers must follow the same unopened/unused return rules.

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Due to customs restrictions, some items may not be returnable from certain countries.

7. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
