At JemLove, we take pride in delivering your adult products quickly, safely, and with the utmost discretion—whether you’re in the USA or one of our select international destinations.


1. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of “JemLove” or the nature of the contents on the outside of the package.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

USA Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Orders (Select Countries)

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

  • Express International: 5–10 business days (if available)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method, and order value.

  • We may offer free standard shipping for qualifying orders—check our promotions for current offers.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to regions where adult products are prohibited by law.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@JemLove.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LoverBliss is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate addresses.
